Can you restart IIS and see if still happens (run iisreset)? As long as
default.aspx is in the Documents list for your companyweb site, it should
load properly.

When I use RWW and logon as administrator and click "Administer the company..."
working properly, but when I logon as user and click "My Company's Internal
Web Site" I get "The Page cannot be found".

My client computers can access the Companyweb with
http://companyweb/default.aspx but not http://companyweb. ; When they just
type http://companyweb get "The Page cannot be found". I
have checked to ensure that the "Enable Default Content Page" is checked and
defualt.aspx is in the list, and
Companyweb Properties Default Settings:

Open server management and navigate to IIS manager. Expand to Web Sites
folders. Under Web Sites, right click on companyweb and select Properties.

1. On Web Site tab, at IP Address, "All Unassigned" is the correct setting.

2. Port should be 80 and 444 (SSL).

3. On Home Directory tab, please confirm Application Pool is DefaultAppPool.

4. On Directory Security tab, please click on the first Edit button in the
Authentication and access control area, only Windows Integrated
Authentication should be checked.

5. Just double check, on Document tab, the default settings listed in
Enable Default Content Page should be: default.htm, default.asp, index.htm
and default.aspx. Afterwards, open a command window, run "iisreset"
(without quotation marks) to reset the IIS settings.

2> Then, please Expand Application Pool under IIS manager. Right click on
the MSSharePointAppPool under the Application Pool and select Properties.
Go to Identity tab and verified it is logon as Local System

3> After that, please apply the following hotfix if you have not applied.
