Jesmin,
The problem is I do not have the Windows Small Business Server 2003 listed
in my Add/Remove program listing!!

Please follow the kb mentioned below. You probably had a corrupt install..
Will save you a lot of time rather than a repair install.

Robert,
Not to sound like a broken record but this application is not there! With
this in mind, do you recomend doing a "repair installation" of SBS2003?
Or
am I better off going back to the backup and recovering the files in that
folder?
I thank you for your guidance.

Hi Elie,
I am sorry for the delay response due to the weekend.
Since you cannot find Windows Small Business Server 2003 from Add/Remove
Programs, after my deep research, please do the following to modify the
SBS
2003 component.
Please run c:\program files\Microsoft Integration\Windows Small Business
Server 2003\setup.exe. Then modify the component according to the
instruction.
Hope the information helps.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
