You don't have to configure VPN to use OWA
Tell your employee to open the browser and type: http://yourserver.yourdomain.com/exchange
That will bring up the login screen for OWA and he will be able to get his/her email.

I'm guessing you mean the Outlook Web Access you get when you connect via VPN
and log on to the server's homepage?
I guess we could do that but it would mean he would always have to connect
via VPN first to check his mail.
Or am I getting this wrong?
Other than that, is there a way to configure external routing?
Help appreciated!

Hi,
Any particular reason the employee doesn't use Outlook Web Access to access
the emails?
