Thanks for updating.
As for the " OEM version of Small Business Server" error message, based on
my research, please perform the following steps:
1. Add the following registry key:
| HKLM\software\microsoft\smallbusinessserver\IsRunFromWeb value 0x1 |
2. Then run the SBS integrated setup to re-install the Server Tools
component.

<No. The uninstall workout fine, except the exchange, not all components of
<exchange coul be removed, and I had to manually remove it from reg and AD
<database, I also removed the admin tools,monitoring etc using the sbs
<add/remove programs. Now the problem is when I try to run the sbswizard
<again, the wizard starts but when I was supposed to choose what tools to
<install ("Exchane, admin tools etc") the OEM messsage pops up.
