Thanks for the fast answer.

The problem is not at cover page, because we dont use cover page at all and
still have header (banner) on each page in very small font.

Thanks for updating.

Please try to change the size of the as the following way:

1. Edit a fax cover file.
2. Select the letter
3. Click Format->Font and then adjust the size.
