I second your comments re: Trend, Gregg. Would be all right if you only had
to do it once, but often the only fix for a misbehaving install is to kill
the databases abd recreate them, thus wiping all your exclusions :(

That is a good start and covers exchange, but there are a bunch of other
folders that MS recommends excluding as well.

Why don't antivirus companies know these exclusions and incorporate them?
In Trend, one can add them, but you have to do so one folder at a time
instead of just pasting a list of folders into the console. What a pain!
