Diagnosing VPN Problems

In the last week we have been having problems with our VPN Connection. The
connection connects and authenticates but then doesn't sync files or Outlook
& we can't browse mapped drives. I have tried rerunning CEICW & Configuring
Remote Access Wizard and doing this has meant it worked briefly and then the
same problem occured. I can see any users that are connected in the Remote
Access Clients from within the routing and remote access console, but I
don't think they are seeing the server when connected via the VPN
The only thing in the event logs I can find which looks as though it may be
related is the following:
The description for Event ID ( 5050 ) in Source ( IAS ) cannot be found. The
local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use
the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event:
Server.Domain.local, DOMAIN.
This is the IPConfig/all from my Laptop which I am currently using to test
with.
