MX record for our domain will be set to ISP's server
This also mean our IP is not exposed via MX
ISP will scan the email "Clean" mail will be sent to our IP

Mail delivered to your ISP, you collect via pop3, SBS pop3 not
recommended, 3rd party better.
Have I missed something...;-) can you elaborate a bit more... ;-)
Technically, if ISP supports it can configure MX and A records to send
email to ISP via SMTP this then hops over to your server but is additional
configuration for something uneccessary. If trying to utilise ISP spam /
virus capabilities then this would usually be available for pop3.
As I say, elaborate a bit more what you mean...
