Mail delivered to your ISP, you collect via pop3, SBS pop3 not recommended,
3rd party better.
Have I missed something...;-) can you elaborate a bit more... ;-)
Technically, if ISP supports it can configure MX and A records to send email
to ISP via SMTP this then hops over to your server but is additional
configuration for something uneccessary. If trying to utilise ISP spam /
virus capabilities then this would usually be available for pop3.
As I say, elaborate a bit more what you mean...
