Thanks a lot.
I've enabled logging and the logs are as follows:

I have absolutely no idea what this means though.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

In Server Management, Advanced, Exchange, Server, Protocols, SMTP, Open the.
properties of the default SMTP server, check the box that enables logging.
The defaults should be okay.

How do I enable logging for the SMTP server?
Thanks.

Is logging turned on for the SMTP server?
If not turn it on and wait for a few minutes for the log file to be created
If so go to C:\windows\system32\logfiles\SMTPSVC1
This may give you some insight into what is happening

Hi all,
I've setup Exchange on our SBS but it's unable to send our emails. Instead
we just get an automated email after a few hours saying that the email was
delayed... but it never arrives.
We don't use DNS but instead all of the mail is forwarded to our ISPs SMTP
host. The outgoing server requires authentication but I think I've set this
up correctly (using the Outbound Security window in SMTP connector properties
advanced).
I have no idea what's wrong as Exchange checks our POP3 accounts just fine
and we can send mail using standard Outlook setup as well.
Help appreciated.
Thanks
