Restored SharePoint and can't get faxing to route to incoming faxes

I had to restore my WSS 2.0 and after the restore the faxes won't route to
the incoming fax page. When I rerun the fax wizard and choose browse to see
about remapping I get an error that says " Unable to connect to the
SharePoint Site. There might be network or SharePoint database problems.
Ensure that you have the correct permissions to access the site, and then
try again later. If the problem persists, you might need to reinstall the
Windows Small Business Server Intranet Component"
