Dynamic DNS Services?

I've been looking at some Dynamic DNS service providers on the Internet in
an attempt to find one that fits my need. I currently have an ISP that has
two IP addresses assigned to my router, one for main bandwidth and another
for backup bandwidth. I also have my own domain name purchased that I am
using for mail, RWW and OWA. My main question would be are the free
services only used with the service providers domain names (for example
myname.dyndns.com) or can you use your own domain name with them? My ISP
has two MX records setup for mail so change of IP address does not effect
mail but only access to RWW and OWA. I guess it would cause Outlook over
HTTP to fail as well.

Bottom line........what are others using here at this NG and are you happy
with their service and the way it works and what are things to look for when
picking a dynamic DNS provider?

Thanks
Jeff
