Good book or website to learn SBS admin?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I need to learn some really basic SBS / Windows Server stuff so I can set up
a domain. (Specifically, I don't understand how to sync/manage local &
domain accounts, and do My Documents redirection.)

Can anybody recommend a good book or website that explains the stuff
thoroughly, but assumes you start with nothing?
