Hi,
Thanks for updating.
Please take the following steps to see if the problem can be resolved:
Step 1: Please delete the cached files on the client. The problem may be
caused by the IE cache files.
To do so, follow these steps:
1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu .
2. General tab, click Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Clear History
3. On Security tab, highlight Internet/Local intranet/Trusted
sites/Restricted sites one by one, and click Default Level button. Then add
the OWA server into trusted sites.
4. On Privacy tab, choose Accept All Cookies.
Then please check if the problem is resolved.
Step 2: The problem may be caused by corrupt Exchange Attributes. To
resolve this:
1. On the SBS server 2003, open Active Directory Users and Computers.
2. Right click problematic user (AcctRep), and click Exchange Tasks.
3. Select Remove Exchange Attributes, and following the wizard.
4. Open Exchange System Manager. Expand Servers -> <servername> ->
First Storage Group -> Mailbox Store -> Mailboxes.
5. Click Action -> Run Cleanup Agent. You will see the mailbox is
disconnected.
6. Right click on the mailbox , and click Reconnect to reconnect to
the original account(AcctRep).
4. Please check if the same issue occur.
Please also let me know the result of the following test:
Make the problematic user (AcctRep) logon to another computer (such as the
server), then run http://servername/exchange, input account and password,
will the same issue occur?
Also, please let me know if you have applied update KB 843539
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
