I've applied SP2 to six W2K3 servers, 3 of them SBS2K3. I had no trouble
except that on each one the DTC service didn't automatically restart on
first reboot, but that was a timing issue, not really a problem, and all
services started normally on subsequent reboots.
Be aware that a few SBS users have reported Exchange-related problems after
applying the update. In those cases unistalling the SP fixed those problems.
There is also a reported problem with the Help-and-Support service
disappearing after SP2 installs. There's a how-to-fix KB article on that.

Doing some research on SP2.
SBS03 & SBS03sp1
Is sp2 ready to go? Can i just install it on these servers? I know when
I
upgraded from sbs03 to sp1, there were about 5 different downloads that
needed to be applied. is this also the case with sp2? or is it just the
one
install?
I found this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932600 and it
confused me, not very clear. It mentions nothing about keeping SBS03.
Thanx for the help.
