Well since you didn't order from Microsoft...who did you order them through?
This is really their issue...its not a MS policy and your reseller screwed up

I ordered 2 packs of 5 cals from a supplier. When I went to install them, I
found that I had been supplied 2 packs of 20. As we will need more in the
future, I accepted and activated 1 pack of 20. I am trying to return the 2nd
pack, b ut having problems. It appears that Microsoft won't cancel part of
an order. I have been told I must re-order, and pay for, what I want. Then
after installing the new CALs I can uninstall the pack of 20 and return
everything for a full refund.
How do I uninstall CALs? SBS only has ADD, BACKUP, TRANSFER, RESTORE and
PURCHASE.
Regards
