Hi FS,
Thanks for posting back.
Based on my research, the best way to share calendar information for all the
users is to use public folder Calendar.so have you tried this method? as
for the globally assign these calendar rights to each user account, based on
my experience, there is no global way to do that. but I think public folder
calendar can globally handle this case. as long as you add the correct
permission for public folder and add corresponding user to the two security
groups,in addition, for everyone, should assign non editing author permission
so that everyone can create calendar item in the public folder, but can not
edit and delete.
I know that you want to the Admin Staff may create appointments in the
lawyer calendars if needed etc .In this case, not only share calendar,so had
better do what you have mentioned one by one,go to each individual,
openning their outlook and adding calendar permissions. when want to create
appointments for another user's calendar, open the user's shared
calendar, then create appointments for the user.
if you just want to share calendar,I suggest the public folder method.
Thanks for your time, if you have any questions and concerns, please feel
free to let me know.I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
