From the description, I understand the issue is that you want to know if
windows 2003 SP2 include exchange patches such as exchange SP2. If I am off
base, please don't hesitate to let me know.

based on my experience,window 2003 SP2 include some patches for
exchange,please refer to the following KB article and see the update list.

Note that windows 2003 SP2 does not include exchange SP2,they are
separate,because the former is applied to 2003 server,the latter is focused
on exchange 2003.
