RE: MSExchangeMGMT stops!?

Thanks for posting here.
From the description, I understand the issue is that you always get a errormessage at 10pm EST. If I am off base, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Let us refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
run services.msc,find microsoft exchange management service,double click
it,set startup type is automatic,and click start button,make sure service
status is started.
You can also disable this alert by using the Change Alert Notifications
task on monitoring and reporting taskpad of server management.in the
services tab,uncheck microsoft exchange management.but It's not recommended.
regarding the event ID 5008,Please refer to the following website.It's a
warning error,so you can just ignore it.
