They should not be using Pop3 and SMTP...will open you exchange server to becoming an open relay
They should be using Outlook over HTTP

i have a SBS 2003 , remote user access email OWA . i do not know how i can
setup pop3 and smtp on my exchange server so remote user can use Microsoft
outlook to get email insteat OWA using internet explorer
any help here will be greatly appreciates.
