Hi Jacky,
Thank you for your response regarding my issues. Let me clarify my issues
again as it appears you are suggesting actions I've already done and
completed successfully. My issues are not with removing and restoring share
point and companyweb. That I have already done and have restored my
companyweb from backup. There is nothing wrong with companyweb or sharepoint
except the erros I am getting in the Application log. So my issues are with
how do I get rid of these error messages. As noted you can where where the
problem lies in the error messages from my original post. thanks for the
input.

Thanks for posting here.
From the description, I understand the issue is that you are unable to
connect to the database STS_servername_1047021953 on
SERVERNAME\SharePoint.
If I am off base, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Please refer to the following KB article to restore companyweb
database,please do not rename the files and you can re-extend the virtual
server for companyweb.
