HTTP Error 403.6 - Forbidden: IP address

I have change the IP address range of my server and now none of my Intranet
web pages are working.

ie companyweb and connectcomputer

Im getting a error message that reads

HTTP Error 403.6 - Forbidden: IP address of the client has been rejected.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

I have tried to change the IP address in each web site in IIS but i still
get the message.
