It was relayed to me at some time that there actually is a rotation of
name servers listed for domain that goes on.

If thats the case, I suppose it could cause occassional failures...

Is it the same people who always fail, or is it very random??

Did that...no problems except an errant NS error that my ISP and web
host service both say is irrelevant...

The first place I would go to troubleshoot is a dnsreport.com
put in your domain name and check the sections on Mail and MX records
and see if you issues
Do you have SPF records and reverse DNS records out there?

Hi everyone!
I'm stumped. I do IT support for a contractor association of about
2500 members. About 5 of them are complaining that they cannot send
mail to us and they receive the below error. I'm trying to figure out
if it's on THEIR end or mine. Can anyone help?
