Yes, NT 4 supported CD drives. As far as I remember support was built in. I
used a Plextor SCSI CD-ROM drive, and I don't remember needing to install
any drivers. DOS needed special drivers loaded for any cd, and the scsi ones
had custom drivers for the particular controller card and maybe the
particular drive. But I'm pretty sure that with NT4 you just hook it up.
Unless your scsi card is too new to be supported in NT4?
