I've personally seen '13 minutes' take a whole day.

The Windows Small Business Server 2003 installation process takes longer
than you expect after the Registering Components section reports that 13
minutes remain

New HP ML150 with 2 x SAS 15k mirrored drives, 3 GB RAM. SBS 2003 SP1.
Setup looks good until late in the first GUI setup screen when progress
stops. First time it was with 13 minutes to completion when setup was
writing registry values. Second time had 8 minutes to go and had got
further in the setup. Left ovenight and still had 8 minutes to go. I
have just broken and recreated the mirror and am reinstalling for the
third time. Anyone got any ideas as to what might be going on here?
