Thanks.

Go into the master WSUS console, uncheck ISA category, save, recheck ISA.
category, save. Hit sync. Make sure ISA's category is being seen
properly by WSUS.
WU won't show 916106 only MU. WSUS should though.

Hi Susan,
I've no idea why WSUS or Windows Update didn't show me the 916106 patch but
manually installing that has cured this problem. Many thanks for your help :)

People say 'fully patched' and don't necessarily mean that though (sorry
for the tude though0
What ISA patches do you have specifically?
You need ISA sp2 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916106/en-us..
it's the 916106 that is the key one.

Hi Susan,
I'm not quite sure why you think I'm not updating this server. My original
post indicated 'Fully Patched'. WSUS is installed, every patch available is
installed. I'm still having a problem. Can you help?
Regards Colin.

Go to Microsoft update or install WSUS and get the ISA sp2 and the post
SP2 fix up
And then go see what other patches you are missing.
If you were updating this server you would get these patches already and
this wouldn't be an issue.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. If I connect my PC directly to my firewall it
works fine, the problem is only when the PC is behind the SBS box. Any ideas ?

We have a client using iTunes and it seems to work fine? I'd also check for
any other 3rd party firewall (AVG/Zonealarm) that they may have installed
themselves.

Hi all,
I have a client on a SBS2003 network (Premium, 2 Nics, ISA, R2, fully
patched) who can't download music from iTunes at his office. I know this
isn't a business issue but does anyone know how I can get iTunes working
through the sbs network? ISA shows that it is allowing the app through but
when accessing the Download Store, iTunes errors saying that the network
connection is inactive (error 502). Every thing else works fine (RWW, OWA,
Exchange, internet access etc). Many thanks.
Regards Colin.
