Nltest values ?

Hello all!
Windows 2003SBS R2 installed with ISA (Multihomed)
When we use the "nltest /dsgetdc" on that server, it returns the correct
domain controller but it shows the wrong IP address.The IP address
indicated is for the outside NIC (public) IP .
The question again is: Where does this setting come from. Is it stored
information from DNS records or other AD setting?
We do need to correct this to make the Global Catalog available.
