Everything is configured correctly, just an exchange profile. Here is
the strange thing. By the time I got to the office today, I tried
sending an internal email. It worked fine. Tried an external email,
no go. Within 15 minutes, after looking at the profile AND NOT
CHANGING ANYTHING, it started to work again.
Maybe something at the domain host? Wouldn't think so as others
didn't have any email problems. Well at least it is working now.
Thanks for your responses.
No prob. The reason I asked about the profile is, if she's only using
Exchange, Outlook itself is not actually sending or receiving the mail -
Exchange is. Outlook just opens the mailbox. Next time this happens try
looking at message tracking on the server.

Strange, but there is no error message. I can see the email go from
the outbox but it is never delivered to the recipient. I know the
recipient account is good (it is mine) and others in the office can
send to me with no problems. I am going to see if she can send email
internally.
Again, what is configured in this mail profile?

SBS2003 standard two nic setup has been working fine. Mail using
SMTP and DNS works for all users except one. Email for that user
was fine until last Friday. She can receive but not send. OWA
works fine for her account. I am thinking she must have changed
something in Outlook, but cannot put my finger on it. Anyone have
any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Have you seen this yourself, and what are the exact error messages?
She has only Exchange in her mail profile, correct? No Internet
mail accounts?
