Pedro, thanks for your caution. I've got backups all over the place. I
learnt my lesson after having a very bad experience.

We're running XP SP2 workstations and got this error message writing a
lot
of data to a database file on the server.

The article instructs you to look in the event log. Can't find the
event
log.
The hotfix for this error was to have been fixed in SP2, which we're
running.

Have you come across this situation. Is there a fix?
