Hi Chuck:
What happens if you open a command prompt, navigate to the folder containing
your login.bat file and type:
"edit filename.ext" where filename.ext is the file you wish to modify.

When I run this it only shows Notepad being openned when I try an open the
Batch File but no other process is using it.

When I try to edit my .bat login Scripts with notepad, I get an errormessage
"The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process"
Any clues?
