Jacky,
Thanks for your prompt response. I owe you a better clarification of the
situation.
The network has 15 users that connect to the application server (terminal
server), in the network I have two additional users that work within the LAN
and they would like to be able to use RWW. The problem is that the two users
(created using the user template) cannot connect to the RWW.
I checked the user membership in security groups and the user belongs to the
RWW users, Domain Users, Users, the distribution group.
Still, the end user is not able to log on to the Remote Web Workspace see
screen I send you to the email provided with a subjetc same as above.
Please let me know what else I can do to bring this situation to an end.
Regards

Hi Jairo,.
Thanks for posting here.
From the description, I understand the issue is that you create a template
for terminal service use, and two users who are created by the template can
not access remote web workplace,
If I am off base, please don't hesitate to let me know.
In this case, can you clarify which security groups have been included into
the template? Maybe just remote operator? Or include more security groups?
Please make sure the template includes remote web workplace users security
group.
In addition, please tell me the detailed information about which security
groups are the two users included, you can go to users taskpad in server
management, double click the users and check the member of attribute, if
there is no remote web workplace users security group, please add it in to
see if it helps.
If not work, please do not create template, just use the built-in security
group for the users.
Furthermore, to isolate the issue, please test on the internal network,
type http://FQDN/remote, and try differnet machine.
If issue persists,
1.please capture screenshot of the exact error message when the two users
access RWW. Please save as jpg file and send to me at v-jaluo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
2.Please use the Networking MPS report to collect the server event logs and
other configuration info:
a. Download MPSreport_network from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd9
15706/MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE
b. Run MPSRPT_NETWORK.exe on the server box.
c. The tool will automatically collect the information. This procedure will
take 10~15 minutes.
d. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder:
%SystemRoot%\MPSReports\Network\Reports\Cab\
e. Send the .cab file directly to my mailbox: v-jaluo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I appreciate your time. I am happy to be of assistance and look forward to
your reply.
3.IIS LOG
Send the most recent IIS log files to me for analysis. To do so, please go
to C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles, compress the W3SVC1 folder and send the
zip file to me.
Please compress all the files and send to me at v-jaluo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I appreciate your time. I am happy to be of assistance and look forward to
your reply.
