Hi
No it happens randomly. and no I dont know that its not their own
connection - in fact I suspect that in fact itis.
I just wanted to make sure that I had all my points covered, and there
wasn't something that could be happening on my server that was causing it.
The problem is that it is their own connection and given that they are using
what I would term 'high volume low cost providers' I am confident that the
problem is at their end but need to be able to prove it. They complain to
bosses who jump all over me.

Hi two of my remote users complain that they will suddently lose
their vpn connection to our sbs2003 server, when in Outlook. The
connection then comes back a few seconds later.
We have no limitations as far as I can see from the USeer Sessions
properties.
Does anyone know why this might be happening please. They both use
ADSL from different suppliers
thanks

Does this happen to them both at the same time? How do you know their own
Internet connections aren't having hiccups?
