Swing Migration is what you need. SBSMigration.com Contrary to
LanWench's answer you will not need a separate license as the
SBS2003 license can be used on the TEMP DC as it will never be
activated or on line. One possible hitch in this which you may need
to discuss with Jeff Middleton is the Domain name. Back in NT days
certain Domain naming conventions were in use which are not
compatible with Server 2003.

Hi,
I've been asked to migrate a company from NT4 to a win2003 SBS
domain. From what I've read I can't use ADMT to pull the details
off the NT4 box as you need a trust between the 2 domains - can
someone confirm this is the case?
Failing that is there an easier way of doing this than manually
creating all user accounts and email addresses. To complicate
things users in other branches will continue to use the NT4 server
after the migration so I can't take this offline or upgrade this
etc.
TIA,
