GPO Administrative Templates Missing
When I set up the server couple of months ago, I've set up various
security settings through GPO, things like disabling control panel, IE
tabs and etc. Now I wanted to add/modify a few things to that security
GPO. So I open Group Policy Management, right click edity security
GPO, navigate to
User Configuration>Administrative Templates and notice that the only
the only options I have is Windows Components and under that only
NetMeeting and Windows Media Player. Options like Control Panel,
Desktop, Start Menu and Taskbar are gone. So I think thats not a
problem, probably an adm is missing. So I remove and then add all the
ADMs I have in the Windows>INF directory, but it says some of them are
incompatible and yet no change. I've tried downloading the adms from
microsoft(the msi installer), but that still does not add the
necessary settings I am looking for.
Please help.
