Marvell Yukon 88E8053 PCI-E Gigabit Ether net Controller

Hi,
i've reinstall SBS 2003 STD. After all change of config i can't see the
network (only localhost can ping any other address no).
My card is Marvell Yukon 88E8053 PCI-E Gigabit Ether net Controller and
mainboard Asus P5LD2.
I've reinstall and have stopped installation to windows 2003 first disk
(without R2 and server applicatio (Exchange ecc.)).
The problem is the same. So there is some problem with hardware!
