Diskpart.exe and Raid 1 Hardware Controller

I have setup an SBS 2003 with 2 250GB hard drives with hardware raid
1.

Problem Description: I only showed the C: drive to be using 25 GB and
200GB of unused space. I used diskpart.exe to extend the partition
and now I show the space is there in Computer Management and chkdsk
and diskpart but when I right click on the C: drive and select
properties I still only show 5GB of available space. I hear it may
have something to do with RAID 1. I'm trying to find the best way to
fix this. Here is what I'm planning to do if there is no better
alternative.

1. Complete System backup
2. Ghost Copy
3. Delete partition and startover.

Any better solution is greatly appreciated. I don't even mind using
both SATA drives as RAID 0 and using a software RAID. I don't have
much experience with RAID so that is probably my main weakness in this
problem.

Thanks
