Hello

Make sure that netbios is enabled on the Small Business Server. Also make
sure the device supports active directory authentication. Some of them do
not and you have to setup user accounts on the devices. The documentation
that comes with the device or the manufacturer would be your best source of
the determining the authentication methods the device will support.
