Check to see if they have quotas enabled on the drive of the server. If
so, is the user out of their quota?
To check to see if quotas are enabled.. right click on the drive in
Explorer and select Properties then click on the Quota tab.

It may be that there is not a lot of storage space... on the server, so based on server applications needs, system needs, ...consultant is trying to keep the amount of space to be backed up small ... I think it is important so I will mention again that I can change the file name with no problem, from user machine and from server....
