RE: RWW stopped working from Internet...

Hello,

What errors are the clients seeing when thry try to access RWW/OWA? Does
this server have ISA installed? How many NICs does the server have? Do
you see the request make it into the IIS log?

Best Regards,

Justin Crosby

Hi All,

I have just encountered a strange situation whereby RWW/OWA has
suddenly stopped working from the internet. It had been working fine
before end of play yesterday.

It is working fine when you browse internally i.e. to
http://servername/remote or http://servername/exchange

I am using a Draytek 2800 with NAT configured to forward the relevant
ports, this has not changed from when it was working fine.

DNS is working fine when querying the RWW external FQDN.

The only thing we got today was OS updates but it actually stopped
working yesterday, so don't think it's updates related.

I have rebooted the server and router - no success. I have changed the
router for a new one - no change.

I have reran the internet/email wizard a couple of times - no success.

ISP claims that they are not blocking port 80/443.

Any ideas folks?

Thanks very much!

Colin.
