Hi Terence

I followed the steps you suggested and encountered the same error. I
have sent all the logs and a screen shot and hope they will help.
Earlier in the thread slambrisca made suggestions, I have not
attempted any of those yet. Please let me know what the next steps
should be and thank you again for your patience in assisting me.
