Look in OWA which does not use the "Offline Address Book" that Outlook uses.
If it's not there then examine the email address properties of the contact.

The Contact is not hidden from Exchange. And, it is not showing up in
anyone's Global Address List... not just one computer... so I don't think
it is a cached mode problem.
I can't think of any reason this Contact (or any others) won't show up. :|

First check the properties of the contact and make sure under the
"Exchange Advanced" tab that "Hide From Exchange Address Lists" is not
checked. Also if you're running in cached mode some changes like
that won't show up until you reboot. Hope that helps.
