Re: SBS R2 Premium - Monitoring & Reports Broken.

I should have been a little more clear in my language as far as timelines are
concerned.

It is a fresh install, however the server has been running for about two or
three weeks now.

No reports have showed up in my inbox since inception. It is one of our
boxes, so it sat behind while we took care of client needs first.

So, now I am looking to figure out why it sits there with the default
message that shows up just after M&R is installed.

Thanks for that though...

This is a fresh install of the OS.
The only out of the ordinary thing that I can think of is the CompanyWeb
has
been upgraded to SQL 2005 for search capabilities.
SBS updates for Vista are applied.
ISA is 100% and up to date for Vista.
Vista clients are running with no issues, as are XP.

Issue is with the Monitoring and Reports. I have run the setup several
times
using different options and nothing seems to change.

Report window says: No Performance data is available at this time.
Performance data is collected hourly.

It has been a while since the setup for reports has been done. Still
nothing.

Both SQL$SBSMonitoring and its agent are up and running.

When I reinstall the reporting component I get a non-descript error twice:

WinMgmt ID 5603
A provider, PerfProv, has been registered in the WMI namespace,
ROOT\CIMV2\MicrosoftHealthMonitor\PerfMon, but did not specify the
HostingModel property. This provider will be run using the LocalSystem
account. This account is privileged and the provider may cause a security
violation if it does not correctly impersonate user requests. Ensure that
provider has been reviewed for security behavior and update the
HostingModel
property of the provider registration to an account with the least
privileges
possible for the required functionality.

That is it!

I would like to get the reports going!

Thanks for your help...
