It's only working with the MSDE database. Sorry about that.

To change logging Options you have to navigate to:
In the left pane select Monitoring, then click on the "Logging" tab in
the right pane,
then in the task list click the "Configure Firewall Logging" and
"Configure Web Proxy Logging" to use the MSDE database
