Hello,
can anyone bail me out please....
I have sbs2003 installed in my office and exchange server to help
users send mails internally and to the internet. Users are able to
send mails to one another but can send mails to the internet.
What i intend to do is that this exchange sever will serve as a medium
through which users can send mails to the internet and locally.the
company has a webhost that houses the website and email address of the
user. My SBS server is configured with an IP of 192.168.0.2 and it
does DCHP and DNS (Primary 192.168.0.2 while the alternate is pointing
to my webhost DNS) I really do not know if i am right!
When i send mails using the exchange server account on my PC to the
internet it does not go but when i send to the internet using the POP3
acct created it goes... and i would that instead of going through this
POP3 acct it shld go using the exchange acct.
Please where i am missing the step to ensuring that i am able to send
mails and recieve mails frm the internet. NOTE all protocols in the
Exchange system Manager are all working.
One more other thing do i need to configure POP3 acct on users after
setting them up with exchange?
.
