RE: SBS User Email weird issue...

Hi,

Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.

From your description, I know that the date and time of sent e-mail is not
printed when you print a sent e-mail. If I am off-base, please don¡¯t
hesitate to let me know.

Based on my research, the problem happens when you configure the Massage
Format of the e-mail to HTLM. If you choose the Rich Text format, the
problem will not occur. When you print the sent e-mail with Rich Format,
you can see the following:

From:
Sent:
To:
Subject:

When you edit an e-mail, please do the following:

1. Click the Massage Format on the toolbar, there are three items: HTML,
Rich Format, Plain Format, please select Rich Format.
2. Begin edit you e-mail and sent it.
3. Now print the sent e-mail, you can see the sent date and time on the top
of e-mail.

I have made a test on my test machine, help the information help.

If you need further assistance, please don¡¯t hesitate to let me know.

Best Regards,
