The easiest way I know is sign on as the old user and export to a .pst file.
Then sign on as the new user and import to the new user. Both are done from
Outlook and applies to with or without Exchange.

I have some people that are no longer working with the company and I
need to move all the emails in their mailboxes to some other person's
mailbox. I have already set up forwarding for new mail, but how do i
move all the old messages?
Thanks!
Thanks for the reply. I was hoping there was an easier way (not that
this is difficult....) from within Exchange.
Thanks.
That would be a great solution to this problem! And actually, a few
others! How do I change the access rights though? It says it is
inheriting them from a parent object and i can't find how to turn that
off.
Thanks!
