Microsoft IMF email filter

I am blocking and rejecting messages with a SCL rating greater or equal to 6
and moving messages to "junk" with a SCL greater or equal to 4 or 5.
I have found the IMF filter to be extremely accurate at this high level of
filtering, probably close to 99% or better. Without using a third party
product, I want to add verbiage to Exchanges NDRs to provide a simple code
such as 2s8#fz! or any non word code that a human recipient could add to the
body of the email that was rejected and then resend it. I could create an
IMF Custom Weighting File to look for that code to allow the message through
the filter. I wish I was smart enough to reduce this to a single mouse click
on the NDR for the rejected sender to resend his email and be automatically
added to my safe sender list.
