Master Browser error from client

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

A laptop client on my SBS network causes the following error in the Server's
event log:

The master browser has received a server announcement from the
computer [laptop name] that believes that it is the master browser for the
domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{48462C21-6181-4736-8. The master browser is
stopping or an election is being forced.

The laptop is running WinXP Pro and is connecting over an 802.11G wireless
connection.

Can anyone suggest the cause and a solution?
