Hello Customer,

Thank you for kind update.

I do not misunderstanding your situation. You can only logon OWA via
administrator from external and you can logon OWA via any account from
internal.

Maybe I have to change the section "you can not login OWA from external via
any user except administrator" to "you can not login OWA from external
except administrator".

I'm sorry for the unclear description, I suggest you to perform the steps
in my pervious reply.
