Re: Received fax errors after running SFC.exe

Hi Nick,

I made a discussion with our engineers. The product which is not in the HCL
is the one Microsoft hasn't fully tested. We can not guarantee it will work
familiarly with Microsoft products. So we don't provide technical support
for hardware which is not in the HCL list. Thanks for understanding.

<Thank you for getting back to me on this subject. They have recommended
the
<3Com Courier V.Everything external modem. Depending upon when one bought
<that modem, it was either boxed in a 3Com package or a US Robotics
package,
<since USR was bought by 3Com, then split from 3Com again, taking that
modem
<with them. I actually bought two "3Com" packaged modems that had US
Robotics
<on the front and on the part number labels.
